Well I made the purchase

I know you guys favor lifts and the big tires and that is the norm. After I talked to you guys had the poll and then said i decided on the BFG 32x11.5 A/T with the American Racing Chamber 15x8's. Well, i went and he called several of his suppliers and they were all out of stock. I picked a few other rims and no luck. SO, i went ahead and bought some Ion Racing 22 inch chrome rims wrapped in Hancock 265/40. the tires are being ordered and i should be munting them next week. I think they will look sweet they put one on similar and it looked pretty sweet. I had 20's on my 98 reg cab back in the day. Cant wait to get them on and get you guys a pic!!!

I HATE THEM! HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE *temper tantrum*

Just kidding =P I'm not a fan of big wheels normally, but we'll see what they look like when they're mounted up!

I thought your truck was a 4x4 though?

Well, i wasnt saying anything bad i just know that you two are the more opinionated 2 on the site. I also know most on here are more for lifted trucks and big tires I did state this from the get go. I knew you guys would be in there. wasnt a knock i always have gotten solid advice from both of you even if i dont make the thread just read your other posts.

Blunt?!?!
You want blunt?
WTF you talking about RPS back talking?!?!?!?! One this is the ONLY forum i go to for rangers on a daily. Two, back talking? WHO THE **** ARE YOU? Im not your kid and you are not an elder in my family so i cant back talk. Im grown dude. No disrespect at all man but bump that crap. Ghetto Detroit crap? Just because someone opts away from the what the alternate Zach would refer to as Hillbilly lifted trucks doesnt mean they dont like the way it looks. I love everyones truck on here. They are all unique in there own way. If getting 22's makes me a outcast oh well, Im not here to be like everyone else i will still respect what you guys put out with regards to helping someone not thrashing.

yes i have a 4WD but these IONS are made for it.

If it looks like *** to me then i will not take it home. If I like it then I like it and will rock it.

Again, not trying to be an *** or start anything I appreciate what you all do on this site.

Like you guys said...We will just have to see.

Chill man... i worded my statement wrong.. shouldn't be "back talking" more how do you say.. "beating around the bush" "not pointing fingers talking" what i meant was come out and talk to us not the "its exactly who i thought it would be" thats kinda mean man... we all know each other and you can openly talk to us...

#2 i didn't bash anything of yours in my first post before you made that comment i said "will with hold till i see them mounted.. hopefully these tires are big.." being i don't want to say either way cause "sometimes" yes big rims look good on lift... i am not curtain about the wheel choice yet till i see it on the truck tis all thus proving i didn't want to "bash".... my only major concern was to small of tires for the lift.. tis all....

#3 the "ghetto gangsta crap" comment was more in a term "referring" to larger wheels as in over 17"... its kinda a "slang" will you say around here for those wheels used in the greater Detroit area kinda cars... not trying to say your truck is "home boy gangsta fly dog"... its my only concern cause big rims can go either way really, it either looks REALLY good or... um dude no...

would bigger rims cause you to be an outcast in my mind um no.. look at "dub" do you see me hating on him... no the only thing i want him to do is PAINT the truck one color and he knows it

see this is more of a misunderstanding do to my Dyslexia and not being able to formulate sentences in a correct manner and using the wrong words.. do you understand better now knowing where i am coming from now with a more "detailed" explanation?

Those wheels look killer. Are the tires ATs or street tires? Just wondering. Post pics when you get 'em mounted up.
