Warning for dial-up users there's lots of pics.

I finally finished painting and assembling my truck. Although it took about 6 months to do (due to the fact that I work full time and go to school full time) I think it turned out pretty nice. This is my first time painting so I know its not perfect, but it's better than it used to be and its totally custom.

This is the truck I started with a couple years ago. The whole thing was rusted out, even the firewall had holes in it.


The truck on the left is the body I put on the 4x4 frame.






I did paint the frame with POR15, but never took any pics with it painted.


This is what I ended up with after the body swap.














I just think roll pans make a really clean look.




I liked the paint scheme on my car so much I decided to paint my truck like it.








I'm not sure which emblem I want to use. I'm gonna try to repaint one red to match the truck, but I don't know which to use. Let me know what you think.

#2 Factory Ranger emblem.


#3 No emblem.

As for the emblem choice, I say 1 or 3. You need some clear signals and corners on the front end.

Keep in mind I want the emblem to be red if it will work, just didn't have time to work on it today.

Why not. It only took about 15 extra minutes to add the stripes below the window. Makes it look more professional. It's all about the details.

Thanks for all the comments guys. I think I'll try to paint both emblems and see what each looks like again.
