I can't beleive anyone hasn't mentioned the obvious legal ways of getting money and helping society!

The Sperm Bank and Giving Blood!

Although, I can't do either, A) because I'm 5'-0" and B) because I have Mad Cow Disease... (in England during a breakout)

Actually, the pizza delivery business can be good, but you will put more than 25-30 miles per night on your truck. Right now I run a pizza place just north of Detroit and my drivers are taking about 25-30 runs a night and putting on about 75-100 miles per night on their vehicles. They do make good money though, around a hundred bucks a night plus wages. The other big downside to it is working weekends. After a while you'll really learn to hate that song "Working For the Weekend" by Loverboy. Overall though, it pays pretty good and it really is an easy job.

honestly though, there are 2 major ways to make money:

1.) make enough money by the time you retire, that the interest earned on it will be your income...you do this by opening as many IRA's as you can and maxing them out every year...with this situation, you will not be rich until you retire (65+)

2.) have a good paying job: if you want money, go for a job that is exclusively dealing with making the most of it it: investment banking, accountant, business, etc.

there are other careers that make $$, but the sole focus of the job isn't to make money, so don't follow it unless you really enjoy it, and even then it'll take at least 7 years of schooling to finish (doctor, vet, pharmacist, dentist, lawyer, etc.)
