What Ive been up to and some updates

Well, Ive had an interesting month or so. Got 3 procomp 33x12.50x17 muds for $80 that have half tread, stumbled across a set of lvl 2 towhooks at a junk yard, about 3 months ago I got a PA body lift for $100... my wheels will be in this week. we attempted to do my body lift this past weekend but the 2 guys the "helped me" didnt do much of anything so we got the bed done... LAME! me and my dad are gonna finish it saturday morning and Ill add updated pics with the wheels and other tire that come in thursday or friday. anyways heres some pics.

Right on man! YOu're pretty lucky to find a set of those hooks! How much did you snag them for!?

Hope you guys can get the B/L done this weekend! I can't wait to see your new wheels/tires go on it!

yeah, those hooks generally command a pretty good premium. thinking of selling my set...

NICE!! Can't wait to sit it up in the air!! Are you cutting your valence or modding the hooks?

^^IF you do Krylon Fusion Flat Black, then cover it with Krylon Matte Finish, it is a very very close match to factory. Your truck's an '02, so all the exterior plastics are grey, so I'd assume you'd want to do black...

OR...do what that white 04 guy did....used SEM brand black trim paint.

Thanx Shane! his truck with his new black wheels is what convinced me to do the colormatched valance. since my paint isnt the right shade I may do the bedliner until I get an edge valance

haha yeah I was thinking the same thing about the half lift thing... I almost didnt post a pic but oh well. I remember when the "in" thing was to take your bed off for a pic lol the truck will transform in the next couple weeks as long as the weather stays nice.

Can't wait to see it done. You are missing an exhaust tip.

yeah when I installed my aals I flexed and it must have broke my hanger so I came out one morning and it was touching the ground haha Im gonna redo it soon.

the door panel pad I took the door panel off and broke the plastic welds on the back and painted it, then put small screws in it to hold em in place. they need redone. its a pain but its worth it.

Thanx again everyone
