I have a flat bed on my 79 f250. Flat bed is very very handy. What i don't have (and would like to have) is the dually rear end.

Cummins or 7.3 swap, 4wd while your at it, then flatbed with some nice Alcoa wheels.

So ugly, but I want it.

personally i'd put a nice flatdeck on it with a welder and air compressor, bench vise, a toolbox etc and bring it to lawnmower races so we can fix stuff easier.

nice find... looks fairly clean.

new paint, 24.5 alcoa's, 460, swapping for a twin stick set up would be sick. but if you ran that stacks would be a must.

id build a 460 and swap in with a 4 speed. slam it to the ground make the rear frame level and and cover it with some polished stainless, get some metal fenders and a clean bumper.
