Why the big bumper gap?

Noticed a while ago that the bumper on my 07 B2300 has an inch or so gap between the bumper and the metal. There is no way to adjust it either. Am I right in assuming this is the bumper off a different model that was put on here a while ago and that's why it doesn't quite fit?

Highly doubt it. Bought it off a farmer. What's the standard clearance, I could measure it tomorrow and see.

Looks like it was bent at the mounts - like it tilts down at the back now.

Common problem on the 98-05 Rangers, not sure why an 06+ would do it since most of the bumper is plastic. Haha.

Two ways to do it:

-Bend the ends of the bumper up using a floor jack.
-The right way; Loosen the supports on the ends of the bumper, apply a little upward pressure to the ends of the bumper with a floor jack until level, and then re-tighten the supports.

I don't think it's actually bent though, the gap in the bumper is pretty uniform the whole way around.
