Ground paint doesn't count unless there is a sign there as well.

You were turning, they were going straight. How did YOU not see THEM.

Granted, their speed was excessive, but if they were traveling in a straight line and the only thing they did wrong aside from that was "run" a stop point painted on the ground, then it is your own fault. Sorry to say it.

BTW, that'll buff right out.

Edit: bah! saw that there was a sign and video. You're in the clear.

I would definitely take to a dealership....it's not your money! For something like that, I would like to have the peace of mind having a dealership working on it. I'm not saying that some other body shop would do a bad job, but when my car was totaled, I wanted to jack the premiums up on the other guy real bad. And you know that the dealership would be the most expensive way to go!

Just be carefull about going through either your or the other insurance company. Anything over i would say $800-$1000 dollars worth of damage will total your vehicle.

Just a heads up.

it may be but then he will have a little leverage when dealing with the other guy's ins. co... if he has an ins. co...

if they total it, which they prolly will, he can always do a crapgame from kelly's heroes and ''make a deal''

This reminds me I need some ideas for a boyfriend of a girl that sits at my lunch table. She's all into him these days so she sticks up for his "sweet" 2000 civic si. Anyways I've talked a lot of **** about it lately which is well deserved as she thinks the body kit came stock and besides "its just missing the front bumper anyways." Plus the giant exhause which she claims is stock along with the wiremesh in the giant gaps of the rear bumper.

Anyways she wants to race and I'm pretty sure I couldn't beat it in my truck but if I could get a 100yd straight then turn around and race back I'm sure I could win with one of my rc cars (a bit over 50mph top speed and only like 20yd to get there). But I'm not so sure as she says turns are bad since it could easily tip. Which brings to the point, whats the point of an import if it can't even go round a corner and has less than 300hp.

So...basically you hate people who like to modify their vehicles?

Oh the irony. Also, way to excommunicate yourself from the majority of the RF community.

And I've spent as much money on engine and stereo parts as my truck's TMV is to date.
