My experience with them is.... They have good prices... but what good are good prices IF they cant deliver what they promise. Delivering the wrong item, not delivering on time, or at all.... the behind the counter clerks trying to sell you items you dont or cant use.... or even knowing that the item(s) cannot be used on your vehicle.
My last experience with them was ordering a Gibson catback exhaust and it was the last straw... They had three tries to order the item and get in right... After 10 days... they still didnt know where it was or when it would arrive and this was only coming 70 miles from their warehouse in Compton, CA to Escondido, CA. What was really rediculous was that the manager PROMIMSED me he would have int by Wednesday and by Friday they still didnt know where it was.... Talked to the manager several days later and informed him... YOU HAVE LOST A GROUP OF CUSTOMERS. Later talked with my local Jeep friends and we do not buy things there anymore....
A couple months ago... I read an article explaining how 4 WPW is under investigation by the BBB for bad sales practices...
I have several OFF ROAD companies I deal with regularly online and have had excellent results with them.... IF I need it quick !!! Off Road Warehouse... is where I go locally.......

OR 4x4

I looked at that but I already had the D-ring and don't care about that other stuff. Plus I'm cheap :)
