I just changed the

Plugs
Wires
Rear End Fluid
Belt
Tranny Filter and Fluid
Fuel Filter
Coolant
02 Sensors
Cleaned the MAF
Cleaned the Air Filter

Its amazing how smoother it runs now, it ran great before but i figured with it just hitting the 100K mark it was time for a tune up. Hope gas mileage picks up also!

I used all Ford/Motorcraft parts except for the belt, i got a Goodyear Gatorback belt for it!

The fluids (2 gallons of coolant, 6qts of Mercron 5, and 2 quarts of 80W90) was around 60

The Gatorback belt was like 25

The plugs, wires, tranny filter, fuel filter, 02 sensor was like around 120 i think.

So 200ish total for everything and i did all the labor.

It was about 4.5qts of Ford/Motorcraft ATF Mercron 5.
