Is it just me or does the bed seem to be tilted back?

Our Snap-On guy has a box that color on his truck, had I not just got a trade-in box I would have been all over that color.

Not at all. Explorers have completely different front fenders and hoods. It takes some work to make it look good.

This is only the second or third Explorer front clip Ranger I have seen, and one of the others was built by Ford in the 1990s (SVT concept 5.0 Ranger).

Meh, totally not worth the price - even as custom as it may seem - when you start going that custom, your losing the value unless your selling to the 'crowd' that wants it.

no. you have to cut the front 1/3 of the ex fenders and weld them into the ranger fenders, blend the body line, modify the core support, and do something with the hood (doesn't match the curve of the fenders).

there are several 93+ with the ex front end. I know i have seen at least half a dozen that run the ranger boards.
