Does anyone know if the XL(2011) bumpers will accept foglights.The holes are already there,but they're filled with black plastic slats where the XLT/Sport bumpers have driving/fog(?) lights.Are these removable or would I have to cut them out?Thanks in advance for any help.

I believe they are blank covers. So you should be able to pop them out.
