Im with the majority here, I have respect for most all rigs on here lowered, lifted, and so forth. This forum has taught me so much, and its generally from people whom did something like Zack there was no support nobody had what they needed so they made a plan and ran with it, granted Zack ran alot further than most but he has my undying respect for one reason UTILITARIAN Function over looks, he actually uses his truck not like most of the mall crawlers around here whom take it to the local 4x4 shop have lift wheels and tires poped on and call it custom when they didnt even turn a wrench.

I think its really awesome that someone is actually cutting into their ranger and actually modifying it by not simply bolting on parts. I really liked it before the cage but now its growing on me and I give you mad kudos for doing this... I can see where a lot of guys are afraid to cut into their rangers... as I am one of them... but this shouldnt blind us it may turn out to be the next SAS mod.... Id rather see someone use their skills to improve their truck rather than bolt on stuff adn then say hey look what I did... when in fact all you did was fork out $$$$ for something you thought looked cool, Id rather see the guy build something break it then go back to the drawing boards reengineer the parts make them stronger and what not. Whats the point in hahving metal fabing skills if you cant use them and improve them? Its not cool to be a cookie cutter Im not trying bash anyone or anything... Im just saying this out of my head.

This whole thread is nothing but B.S. IMHO. If this guy really felt the need to express his opinion he woulda done it on Zachs build thread. I will call BS when I see it. Today he has attacked two people on this site and had to start two different threads in different locations to do so. There is giving opinions and there is ruffling feathers all the while calling people out to try to cause inflamation and trouble and using the "It's my opinion and Im entitled to it" excuse. Thats just how I see it.
And If Im completely off base then Ill join the topic and say this, I love beards truck but then again I spend and have spent alot of time in the "off road" world. I have seen and built alot of stuff in my time and all the usefull stuff ends up looking like junk but being highly capable, Zach has simply built a very capable rig and has made it look good in my opinion. It puts to shame most of the crap I run into, especially the rich idiots on the rubicon trail.

And if all the guy can afford is bolt on parts that's fine. But in that regard he has no leverage to discuss topics that are above his intellect. (IE talking about a truck that has gone through EXTENSIVE custom work)
Do I dare dive into the forum rules?
4. Bullying or Inciting Problems - Most of us here are grown up enough to get on nicely with each other, but some like to make life difficult for others. This could be in the shape of prejudice, flaming, or targeting a specific user or social group. We will not tolerate this. If some/many members are offended by your behavior, posting, etc, the administration of Ranger-Forums may take whatever action they deem necessary to resolve the issue.
If you can't be polite, refrain from replying. You don't have to lie to people and tell them nice things to feel better. You can tell the truth. You don't have to like everything and you can tell people when you don't like something, but do it politely. This just comes down to manners and reflects on your character.

I'm not entirely sure his brain was actually trying to do anything. In fact, he may not even remember this happening in the morning.

and to go with the rig, the people here that have met Beard in person will know, he is a great person, i have more respect for beard than just about anyone else on here, he is never angry, never mean, just laid back, super smart, awesome, never insults anyone (even though im sure he would like to sometimes lol) super friendly (even when you know you are talking to him about something he could care less about, which i usually do) basically an awesome person
I LOVE Zabeards truck.. Im always telling people about it lol.. Then i look at it and think.. i want my truck to be just like that when it grows up

lmao
I don't even have anything good to say, lol.
This must be the most retarded thread ever (aside from teaser threads), to start a brand new thread to tell someone you don't like their truck. Just a bunch of attention whoring waste of bandwidth (I guess now I am contributing to it, d'oh).
I few days ago I sent some friends in Oregon pictures of Zach's truck because I know they can appreciate something that has so much custom work, and especially such a clean job in the process.
Lets all start hating on trucks that don't have the typical trendy bolt-on mods that everyone installs just to fit in. lol

The point of a forum is discuss shared interests not to blatantly call someone out because you don't like what they've done to their truck. That's about as mature as a bully calling someone metal mouth because they have braces. Completely ignorant and stupid.

Beards truck was the whole reason I started doing stuff to my truck. Was surfing around the web and saw a BA blue ranger and was like WTF! That thing is insanley sick! Then I came to this site and seen what exactly he did to that beast and was astonished at the level of work put into it. But then I saw Shanes DWB and that was end of it... Been broke ever since I came to this site

Group hug around Zach! JK
This thread cracks me up... I have nothing to add to it. I thought about quoting some people's funny comments but oh well.
Guys, bashing Dave is ridiculous. My interpretation of his post was not bashing Zach or Zach's truck, so I fail to see the need to bash Dave. Yeah.. the thread is sort of random, whatever, but there is no need to bash him over it.
.......Sounds like you have some groupies Zach

I'm posting to say I like every Ranger, ever. Because I love Rangers. So much. And Mazda's too obviously. I even love the stepside Ranger STL posted that had fender flares and stock 16x7 wheels....and the Ranger with fake bullet hole stickers all over the tailgate. Oh and SAS'd blue Rangers
Okay I'm like half-serious about everything^
But I really do love Beards truck, I mean, c'mon, I USED to have those wheels!
