dosent matter if its fused, the factory horn switch is low amps and just sends a signal to the higher amp horn relay under the hood.
your probly gona burn the switch up, or worse the clock spring.
i would take some time and find the output wire from the relay under the hood. shouldnt take long.

In addition to the switch, be careful not to damage the factory horn relay which is part of the Smart Junction Box (big $$$). I believe that the relay is soldered in and not available separately from Ford.
