'06 - '07 Headlight switch w/ built in fog light switch.......

would it be possible to get this to work on my truck and still be able to use the fog light switch that was built into it? I would like that feature and then i could have 2 switches that look factory on my dash but use them for something else? I know Bob or John will chime in......i really like the headlight and fog light switch together in 1 switch.......

I believe that the combined switch is 07 only and I don't have any 07 wiring diagrams yet. My guess is that it would work electrically but I couldn't say for sure without seeing the schematic.

all you need to do is pull the switch out and the fogs come on.

Looks like they took a Focus headlight switch from like 02-03 and put it in the ranger. I like mine better.

good to know I'm not the only one who wanted to put this in their truck. I like the way it looks, maybe its just me getting tired of seeing the same switch for the last 4 years lol. The other reason I like it is because I dont have fog lights and would like to add them and this would eliminate my need to add a switch to the bezel. I like to keep things looking as factory as possible.

07SPORT: when you pull the switch to look at the wires could you get the part # for the switch and the dash piece the switch mounts to? Thanks

I already purchased the parts but the switch doesnt just plug right in. It needs a new harness connector and it has pins for extra wires. But i hink somewhere ther is a way to make it work. And i will find it!!!
Part numbers

trim: 7l5z*10044d70*ab $80-$122.28
switch: 7l5z*11654*ba $32-$48.12

Depends if you work there or not. LOL I did.
