1988 ford ranger XLT idle problem

I am having an idle problem with my 1988 ford ranger XLT 2.3L. I have replaced the TPS sensor, idle valve,EGR valve, the rotor and cap, sparkplugs, vacuum lines and I found this set of two relays on the passenger side of the truck that go to the EGR valve broken and I need to find them and the bracket that they set on. Can any one help? I would up load a picture of it but I have no idea as to how to find the htp of my home computer. this doesn't have a browse button so I can look for the pic.

man.
