I have a 98 Ranger XLT 2wd 2 door with the 2.5 4 cyl.
I've replaced both dual filament bulbs.
I've checked both 7.5 amp fuses on the side of the dash and they are dead on both sides...no power at the brake light switch either. Is there a relay or another fuse that controls the two 7.5 amp fuses?
The Ranger does have a trailer plug out back, and I wonder if the brake lights haven't been working since I bought it last summer.
Any help is much appreciated.
