1999 Ranger rubber boot replacement
1999 Ranger, 3.0 V6, rack and pinion steering. There is a rubber boot on the bottom of the steering shaft were it connects to the steering rack. The boot covers what looks like a small u-joint. The rubber boot is broken. What is the procedure for replacing the boot?
