I have a question, I was doing the "mod" where you scratch the tint off the instrument panel and to do that you have to take the gauge needles off. I did this and when I put everything back together the gas gauge is now going backwards. I put it back to the spot it was at before and it went backwards when fuel was used. An empty tank is at full and a full tank is at empty. I adjusted it to full when I filled up on gas and now a full tank is at 3/4th of a tank and just goes up when I drive. Any ideas on what is causing it?
