2001 ranger oil pressure switch location

My 2001 Ranger has a sticky oil pressure gauge. when I start it up and drive a few blocks the gauge will pop up to a normal position. I'm having a hard time locating the sending unit that screws into the engine. The gauge will be bottomed out then all of a sudden pop up, no big deal but it bugs me. It only does it on a cold engine.

Its a 3.0 v6 2 wheel drive 5 speed auto.

Thanks in advance.
