Hi, ive got this 02 ranger 2.3l

i got this code misfire on cylinder 4, so i took plug out and touched it too metal on the truck and started truck and got no spark.

so i tried a new cable still no spark,, I tried the plug on #3 and it sparks

so i know its not the plug or cable, seems no power is coming out of the coil, is there anyway to test it or anything else that would be doing this i could check before spending money on a coil? thanks
