Have my dash lights work, and half don't. The left side with my gas gauge and such is out, but I can see have of my speedometer and that's it lol. Is there a fuse I need to swap or do I need to take my dash apart and put in new bulbs?

Sounds like burnt out bulbs. It's pretty easy to do - remove the kick panel, the upper dash trim, and the bolts holding in the gauge cluster. They're likely 194 bulbs that are burnt out.

Welcome to the forum

2003 was the last year of the analog dash, just FYI.
The dash will have 6 bulbs
All are powered by the same fuse and power runs thru the dimming module then to dash
But there two separate wires from dimming module to two separate connectors on the back of instrument cluster.
Light blue/red stripe wire
And each wire powers 3 bulbs, so one of theses wires could have bad connection
And each 3 bulbs have different Ground on the two connectors, so bad connection there could also cause 3 bulbs to stop working, but turn signal bulbs share these ground, so if they are working then most likely the Grounds are OK

In either case, burnt out bulbs or bad connection, you need to pull out the cluster to fix it.
The bulbs are not all that expensive, and do burn out, so if it were me I would get 6 new bulbs and replace them all while instrument cluster is out.
But test 1 new bulb in non-working location first to see if it is bulb or connection issue
