2009 ranger headlight switch

I'm currently trying to hook up my HID's to my interior headlight switch but I'm stuck with a few problems first off i can't find a place to run the relay through the fire wall to my switch second i can't get the gauge bezel off all the way it comes half way and then gets stuck on the radio bezel and the kicker bezel. so on that note does anyone know how to remove the 09 radio bezel. next i can see the wires going into the headlight switch but when i read my wiring diagrams I'm not seeing the same colored wires, I need to know which wire powers the night time headlights. so that the lights will receive power when i turn the switch on. please all help is greatly appreciated

so your putting hids inside your truck and not in your headlights? Did I read that right?

Wow man your making this way more difficult then it needs to be. You dont have to run any wiring into the truck at all. Just plug the ballasts and bulbs in. The relay kit just goes in between the hid kit and hooks up to the battery.

this thread is a spin off from another thread the problem and reason I'm doing this is simple the relay doesn't work with my truck. My truck has DRL's that run through the smart junction box so i can't disable them. And the DRL's are giving enough power to trip the relay but not the 12v i need so the ballasts keep dieing. I've already replaced 3 of them. so i'm doing it this way to bypass the DRL's.
