3.0 2 and 6 misfire

3.0 2 and 6 misfire
Okay, my 1999 3.0 is misfiring on 2 and 6 cylinders. I'm getting the codes for both of these cylinders misfiring. No other codes. I have no idea want to look at. Can someone point me in the right direction. I realize that 2 and 6 fire together.
