Funny thing about fires in vehicles, a PCM wiring harness does not have to have physical damage from the multiple shorts circuits to sustain damage.
There is a few ways of safely saving this truck.
1, replace the entire harness and any obvious damaged parts once the wiring and related parts have been replaced with the battery disconnected a breakout box should be connected which will allow each circuit to be checked one by one with a wiring diagram and a DVOM.
2 replace all the parts and burnt harness then have a shop connect Simutech between the computer and the harness then simutech can automatically check each and every circuit for shorts, opens then the computer spits out a list of circuits that may still need work before even connecting the battery.
If you continue with the way you are going, you stand the very real risk of creating another vehicle fire or you may end up damaging many parts with shorts that may exist still.
I am all for you fixing this truck, yet rigging the burnt harness by running jumper wires to external switches all without a wiring diagram why not just toss some fuel on it and finish it off properly.

well I was planning on only driving it on the track and the ECU harness was not damaged at all just the harness the runs in the dash which runs the ignition, radio, cluster, ect. but it has a bulk head connector the bolts through the fire wall so If I disconnect it then there's no burnt wires anywhere I might end up just buying that part of the harness if I can find it but even then all I would be using is the ignition wires
