AC problem

Last night I replaced the evaporator cool on my som's 98 Ranger. When we were done I charged the system with the required 30oz of 134A . It was cooling the truck fine in the garage but I had him drive it around the block . When he got back it was blowing warmish humid air on Max AC . When I flipped it to just AC it felt better . Did I put something back together wrong? What am I missing ? Any help would be appreciated .

To offer any help I need some questions answered.

First did you replace the dryer?

Did you install a new orifice tube in the evaporator?

Did you put the system under a vacuum with a vacuum pump? If so for how long did you evacuate the system for and how long did it hold vacuum for?

Did you add any oil to the new part or parts you installed?

is the Fan clutch working properly?

If equipped does the electric fan work with the AC?

With the AC on and your manifold gauges connected what are the readings for both the high side and low side?

I need to know the readings on both the high side and low side both at idle and off idle ( about 1500-1800 RPM )

Does the AC compressor clutch cycle at idle or off idle ?

Did you inspect the entire system for leaks with a good AC leak detector?

Is the cooling system in proper working order? No leaks or signs of overheating?
