Under dash lights
I bought some lights from Walmart and want them to turn on when dome light comes on. What do I need to do under dash for this to happen

I cheated and grabbed power from the domelight itself and just ran a hot lead all the way around under the dash

So just hook up to the wires at the dome light and run a lead all the way down or is there a wire for the dome light under dash
