98 Ranger in need of driving/fog lights.. ideas on placement?
I've got a 98, which is the one right before they switched to the plastic bumper with cutouts for foglights. I've got the heavy chrome one with the ones small hole divided into two spots by my license plate.
The reason I want these is because I put headlight covers on and now I can't see anything at night and want to avoid being pulled over as well.
That's the only place I can think of to put the driving lights, but it'd be a hassle I would think to find an angle to drill holes into that small of a spot for the mounting for the lights. And to my knowledge they'd have to be 2.5" by 4/6" in order to fit.
I've found some Pilot ones at Autozone in that size but they seem somewhat cheap. Anyone got any better ideas for placement or recommendations for size/brand? Thanks.
