anyone have probs with hand held programmers???
i had a jet hand held programmer for my 2000 ranger and it erased my entire computer memory costing $400 to repair...anyone have similiar issues? used to think programmers were a safe mod not anymore!

there are a bunch of members here that have hand held tuners and have had 0 problems. maybe you just didnt do it right or took it out before it was done

followed directions and didn't disconnect before finished and still wiped out the memory
