would these work on a gen 5 ranger? specifilcly a 2001, the brake system hasent changed much over the years. and it would be a great addition to any truck. that and they are only $86. this would be cheaper than geting custom lines too.

the rears are the same i believe, but the fronts are totally different....

custom lines are 100, i dont think that is bad at all. beats 867 on something that prolly wont work.

i figured, just different fittings or are the line diameters and bore different? guess its gona have to be custom. thanks for your help guys.

They need to get their asses in gear and start making stuff for 01+ Rangers

$50 got me SS braided front lines from Dixson Bros. Racing. I haven't done the rear yet.

bet they are not DOT approved... I dont think i would buy ones that are not DOT approved.

Yeah DOT is at the very least what you need. If its NOT DOT it can ROT! I wouldnt take the chance unless its a show truck. For for every day use i wouldnt try it. Ya never when some drunk 8 year old droped the ball and his 5 year old brother chases him threw the streets.
It happened when i lived in Sussex county NJ... ALOT OF HICKS.. And proud of it.!!
