Big swap coming up???

So my friend had a 2000 Ranger 4x4 XLT maybe that he rolled a few years ago that has been sitting in their barn for about a year. It has an 8.8 open rear end with 4.10 gears, #1 t-bars, a hitch, a good front grille, and stock CD player. My truck is a 98 XLT 4x4 off road that has a 7.5 open rear end with 3.73 gears, B t-bars, a cracked front grille and a tape player. I was going to talk to his dad who actually owns the truck and who i know quite well and see if he will let me swap the parts off his truck onto mine and put my parts back his truck so it is still the same if they take it to a junk yard or scrap yard. Would it be worth to swap front and back axles to get 4.10 gears because I'm looking into getting 33's in the future and the 31 i have now are ******* the engine down enough. also would i have to worry about the axles or the t-bars being bent because of the roll over? any input on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If the the truck just has body damage then the axle and suspension should be fine.

Not sure if it just has body damage or not. Is there a way to tell if there is axle or suspension damage? If i switch the radios would they be a direct swap or do i have to change some other things too?

Parts will bolt right in. Raise the truck and spin everything by hand. If it looks straight then it probably is straight.
