Blinker and dash problems

Blinker and dash problems
When I turn my hazzard lights on the dash lights come on with it and so does the beeper. When I turn my headlights on the driver side blinker stays illuminated. When I turn my driver side blinker on both blinkers blink. Can anyone help me out

Check your bulbs and check your trailer harness to make sure it didnt rub thru. anywhere. My rangers rear taillight loom rubbed thru about even with the spare tire (how i dont know) but caused all sorts of flaky issues with hazards and turn signals and parking lights.
