Body alignment from factory wrong?

Body alignment from factory wrong?

I special ordered my ranger to suit my needs and wants. It's an 06 STX with NO pannels ligned up. Has any one else had a similar Error happen to them FROM THE FACTORY?

lets see some pics!

i havent seen very many new vehicles with poor body alignment, but it does happen

my passenger door is like that, it might even stick out a little more, but ive never thought anything of it.

interesting. if it were mine, it never woulda left the lot after delivery.
have the dealer body shop straighten that stuff out for ya.

Had no choice. I didnt have a veh to get home with. Got dropped off at the dealership. But it will be covered by "MY" warranty.

I wanted to know if it was a machine error or just a One off chance. I know how to align all of it. I used to work at a body shop. You all know how it is for the "ONLY I WILL WORK ON IT-guys"
But NONE of my pannels lign up. Not even the tail gate or the grill or bumpers.

my hood did that......so i unscrewed the rubber thing so it was higher on that side, and it evend it out

My hood dips in by the fender and windshield cowl.

my bed was 1 1/4 from the cab on one side and 1 1/2 on the other . I made them both 1 3/8 when i did the body lift .

Nothing like what you are eperiencing, but my bed is exactly 1" higher on the passenger side than the drivers side.

take it back to the dealership, show them all of the imperfections.

My passenger side fender is 1/4" lower than the drivers on the bed .
