Icon5 Brake Noise Help

When I step on the brakes there is a clicking noise, its not too loud but annoying, it almost sounds like those annoying New Years Party things that you spin around and it makes that noise, its sounds like that but if your were spin it slow....i know its not the brake pads because i changed them and it still makes the noise and its sounds like its in the cab right at the pedal, anybody know what this might be?

Its the anti rattle clips for sure... make sure they are fully seated and greased like a hog..
they need to be clipped in just right or they make noises.. https://www.ranger-forums.com/forum2...ake-noise.html use a screw driver or something to press them down and in. make sure they dont rub the caliper if you can help it.. grease everything, both sides of the clips and their seat on the caliper bracket

if its a kind of weak tinny clicking sound im almost positive thats what it is ... before i re did mine i could make them click sitting in my drive way just buy pumping my brake slightly while staying still... i could feel it in the cab sometimes and would check them again and pay close attention to cleaning and lubing, and reseating, them its the only other thing down there that could make that noise... of course you may differ with your s/lift but thats what it was for me...
