A/C Controls

Does anybody know id the A/C Controls out of a 97-03 F-150 will work in a Ranger? I don't know the measurements of the one out of the F-150. It looks like this:

no they will not work.....see how they are curved at the bottom, that wont fit.......i think they are taller....

Well that sucks! I want to do something different with my a/c controls(no EATC mod), but keep a stock look. Any ideas?

It doesn't match my interior. I have tan and black interior. I am open to any ideas that would work with those colors.

you could do the white Explorer gauges and then get a white A/C panel overlay....
