A/C Help Fan Noise

Getting a weird fan noise right behind/ under the glove compartment. Sounds like a fan with paper blades ricketing. I still get cool air and good flow but if I increase air flow the spinning sounds like it's getting quieter but "spins" faster. Anyone ever heard of this problem? Is there some type of fan in the a/c system? I'll get a vid up tomorrow.
