Is there a harness; did the Cargo Lights work before ?

As P.C. said, take the light off, 2 screws, and check it out.
If both lights are out it would seem funny to have two bulb go bad at the same time.
If the problem is not obvious, pull the bulbs and check them with a multimeter, if they are OK, check for power at the plug.
AND if they never worked, maybe you just need the harness.

Probably just burned out bulbs or bad connections.

Give the connectors a good cleaning and check the bulbs.

While you're at it, why not upgrade to leds?
