I am thinking about buying a screamin demon coil pack for my 3.0l 2004. I figure i might as well change out the spark plugs and wires while i'm at it. Anybody have suggestions on which spark plugs and wires are best for all around performance?

 

The Autolite XP's are pretty good. As for wires, most of performance sets should do. I normally stay away from the standard auto parts store replacement ones.

 

Alright thanks. I have alot of the accents under my hood blue so i'm gonna get blue wires. whats the difference between 8mm and 5mm? other than the obvious 3mm but thats not what i mean hah

 

The thicker wire has better sheilding and can handle more abuse before it will chafe and arc, etc...

 

So you think around 190 bucks including shipping is a good price for the coil pack the 6 spark plugs and the wires?
