Coolant overflow..

Coolant overflow..
Hey guys I have a question, Ever since i've had the truck i've noticed coolant is always dried up on the lid of the resovoir. I assume it shoots out the little pressure hole? I Didn't have the problem on my other ranger, is this normal or an issue?
