Coolant Temp. Sensor???

I have searched the internet and really haven't found anything too useful that answers this question.. Where is the coolant temp sensor located on a 2004 Ford Ranger V6 4.0L 4WD. We have found several parts that look like the part but we are not sure which one is the right one. Any installation hints, tips, tricks would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

There are two devices that indicate Engine Coolant Temp and they go by two slightly different names in Fordspeak. For your 4.0L, they are next to each other in the front of the lower intake manifold.

ECT Sensor to the PCM: light green/red and grey/red wires.
ECT Sender to the temp gauge: red/white and black/white wires.
