Cruise Control

the easiest way to get cc in my truck, find the blinker lever/cc off of a wrecked truck or get an aftermarket one. cant stand not having it. would there be any other wiring involved.

A whole lot more than that...Ford has the cruise switch assy in the steering wheel, you need a servo, clock spring etc. Ford did at one time offerd a cruise kit part#f87z-9a818-ba but is no longer available, only suggestion would to try an aftermarket installer

There is a lot more to it than a switch.
