I'm hoping to install cruise control in my 2000 Ranger 3.0L. I know that the servo from a 1998-2003 Ranger will work. Which years from an Explorer will also work? I am aware that the servo cable is specific to the engine, but Ranger cruise control is rare around here and Explorers are everywhere. Thanks.

 

I just picked up one from a 98 explorer sport. On the top of the servo it will tell you what vehicles it will work with. Mine said "Rang 2.5/3.0 Expl SOHC" Part # F87F-9C734-CC. I'm sure that one would work with yours.
