The Differences In Body Styles, Help???

The Problem: I am going To Order a Camper Shell for my 1997 Ford Ranger. I recently purchased it for 2,000$. It had been in a wreck. It has a step side bed, and is standard cab. I dont know what body style it is. On the fender emblem it says RANGER XLT.
1. What size is the bed?
2. There are stickers on it that says Thunder.
3. Also on the Headrest Thunder is Imbroidered.
4. Is the Sun roof factory?
Please help thanks.
GOD Bless
Josh!

Ill have pics up tommorow, im new here. Im pretty sure its something someone has come up with. ITs just a 97 flairside, with 3.73 gears, 4 speed auto overdrive, and the 2.3. Are all the bed sizes the same on the rangers(other than the long beds?)

Your bed is a 6' stepside bed. It's a XLT. Sun roof is not factory.

Thanks.
Its just a regular Stepside.
But there are gray and black tribal stickers on it, and on the bed it says Thunder. Also says it on the head rests of seat. It is Portofina Blue. It came with a Lund Visor, Lund running boards, and alots of other stuff. It was just hit in front end. Tore up fender, and a little of the hood. Frame rails good. No other damage. We deal alot with the dealer who sold it to us. Thanks.

Hey Trigg, I see you have an old 78 Pinto!!!
I had a ole 78 MustangII Coupe. Worked X-tra hard on it.
We(stepfather and I) did the 302 Conversion(talk about a Pain in the ****).
Used an old C4 with the small bell housing.
Swapped rearends from the 6 3/4 to the 8 thats standard in the V8 Cars.
Old thang would run, but got about 8 mpg, and is not what i would call "Travel Friendly"

Sweet! I am planning on starting restoring it in June when I get into my new house and have it in a garage to tear apart. I love the little thing and can't wait to get started, I can only do little thing right now. Here's a link to a few pictures of it: https://www.ranger-forums.com/forum2...ad.php?t=49181

The Early Pintos and Mustang IIs have quite a bit in common. If you need advice check out MustangII.Net.
It is a forum like so.
