digital inverter for gauges. please help asap
ok i have a 2003 ford ranger edge,
i bought this inverter

and these gauges

well i spliced the red wire of the inverter to the brown wire of my headlight switch and spliced black to black.
the gauges dont light up when i turn the headlights on.
any ideas?
did i splice the wrong wire?
