I've been away, truck has sat for a few weeks. Drove it last night / this morning and the driver door made a pop sound each time I opened it just before it gets to the "notch" for holding open, and when I went to close it. I can't explain it well, just driving me nuts with this one cause its never done it before. Wondering if anyone has similar problem.

 

Mine did it once in a while... lubed 'er up and it's been good since!

 

lol im pretty sure this popping starts when a strong wind catches the door and it swings open fast and over extends the door slightly, mine also does this but only on hot days for some reason..

 

my driver door did it too. i used chain lube from my quad lol :)
