I am having an issue with the drivers side door not locking all the time. Almost never.
I have keyless entry, a key fob, and I do have power locks and windows.
The issue I have is that with the drivers side lock button and the lock key fob, the door does not always lock. with the door button, it takes more than one push for the lock to go down all the way. With the key fob button it goes into security mode before the lock goes down all the way. The passenger side has no issues.
I just got a new key fob from Amazon and programmed it. But still have the same results.
Is the locking mechanism going out in the door?

The lock actuator could be going. I'd pull a door panel off and check it out. A little wd 40 might help some of the moving parts
