E-Fan?

can anyone explain to me how to do an E-Fan conversion as well as everything i need?
i really want to do it but have no clue how to go about it

i think ill use the Taurus 2 stage
im not the greatest electrician so can someone explain to me how to wire it up? or what all i need to take out of the taurus when i snag the fan?
