Icon5 EVAP Leak '99 Ranger

My '99 Ranger, 3.0 V6, is coding a "small EVAP leak". I have changed the gas cap twice. I replaced the canister, the canister control valve and purge valves from a parted out '99. I've checked all the vacuum lines I can see and get at, I replaced a couple of the lines that were getting hard. Do Rangers have a know problem spot for EVAP leaks?

I also have a 3.0 with a Evap leak of sorts, I haven't done anything about it because I don't have time, but its gotten to the point where I'm getting only a 100 miles off Half a Tank when it usually spends about a Quarter tank. (Truck is approaching 250k miles)

I had the same issue on my 2001 4.0 sohc. Replaced canister vent valve, filler neck and hose/vent hose, the vent valve thing under the hood, egr, etc...never ran bad at all before or after parts changes
my light magically went off as I believe the bulb burned out ha!
