Fog Light Switch Wiring

I got a radio bezel with the fog light switch. How do I wire it up so that I can use it for lights?

You just need to connect the wires to the right terminal/post. You will probably have to make a gound some where.

1-ground
2-power
3 lights

I think thats it.

light illumination.

I believe the problem with the stock fog switch....is it's a grounded switch. Meaning there's two ground wires going to the switch, rather than two power wires to it. I could be just WAAY off though.

The factory switch works by grounding the foglamp relay coil.

Color codes:

pin 1 unused
pin 2 unused
pin 3 LB/BK from relay coil to switch contacts
pin 4 BK chassis ground
pin 5 LB/RD Night illumination power
pin 6 TN/OR Hot from foglamp power wire for "ON" LED
