Fuel pump won't come on

I am stranded out in the woods but have some tools and electrical tools. Thank god for Elon Musk so I have internet! Applying power and ground from external battery to fuel pump terminals I can run the fuel pump. jumping from EEC test connector to negative post on battery does close the fuel pump relay but does not run the fuel pump. I am looking for a way to make the fuel pump run long enough to get the truck out of the woods back to civilization. Any ideas appreciated!

tested the wires to the fuel pump Relay and the EEC relay. replaced the fuel pump relay and it actually started. cleaned up some and it's back the same thing. One thing I noticed this time is that I don't get a CEL when I turn the key to the on position. I know this isn't right but not how to fix it.

Ok, solved the problem for now. Replaced both EEC and Fuel pump relay and all is fine. I doubt it stays this way but I can get it out of the wilderness and back to civilization.

You Can't. I stay about 45 miles into the woods from the time the snow melts until it falls again in the winter. YOU BRING SPARES WITH YOU!
