Another good place is performancelifts.com
Thats where I got mine, you can choose the options with aal's and shocks. I got spindles, shocks(front and rear), and aal for $650.00 plus shipping. If you do that I would suggest a PA body lift too.

i'm thinking of getting the LS Diff first, then tires. I'm not so sure if I will need the lift since most of florida is pretty flat (at least where i live) and where I go it's mostly just mudding terrain. Where should i go to buy a relatively inexpensive but good (if that makes sense) LS?

they are the better lift no argument their but if your trying to keep it cheap its the way to go. lift kits cost easliy $1500 and are a real pain in the *** to install with our independant suspension. And we all now how expensive off road tires can be another option you can do is do the body lift and do a couple more inches with a torsion bar crank so you can have around a 4.5 lift for about a $150 besides tires

2wd lifts are cheap, the expensive lifts are 4wd and long travel stuff. You can be fully lifted with a 2wd for under 800 bucks.

i lifted my 2wd for $400...(that includes front and back)
and to the comment about suspension lifts being $1500...thats only for 4wd...2wd coil sprung or torsion can get spindle lifts for $300 (it can be $1500 if you do LT like mentioned above though...depending on how far you take it...)

except when you have coils shocks and dropped pitman arm. heim joins. and drop brackets for both I-Beams AND Control arms. than it gets to be like 1250. after labor of course. if you can do it yourself and than have it aligned you can generally save yourself about 400 bucks. but thats only if you know what your doing. and on top of that. thats if you have I-Beams. which he doesnt because hes neither a 97 and older. nor is he 4wd.
